“Welcome Home to the Village with Heart”, is the catchphrase for this cultural exchange experience with a rural village for individuals who have not experienced the daily life of farmers. Along with true hospitality, visitors can participate in seasonal farm work, making tofu by hand, and dancing in a Kagura, a theatrical Shinto dance. There are plenty of cultural experiences unique to the town of Gokase. From standing in the kitchen in the morning, to helping with work in the afternoon, visitors pass the time just as as one likes.
