Dolphin Watching

Kumamoto prefecture

Experience Nature

Approximately 300 bottlenose dolphins are living in the Hayasaki Strait, which is off the coast of Futae. You can see wild dolphins close up from the boat. Bottlenose dolphins are mild tempered but very curious, when they hear the engine sound of the boats, they will approach. The boats leave at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm (The last boat leaving 4:00pm is available only in summertime), for a 1 hour cruise.
