Kyushu has various experience learning programs for visitors from abroad coming to Kyushu on school excursions. Visitors can experience a variety of manufacturing throughout Kyushu, as well as improving on their intellectual curiosity and imagination. There are experience programs all-over Kyushu, including the harvesting of vegetables and fruits, the milking of cows and fishing.

- There is a lot to learn at the cooking experience. I got to ride a boat and fish using a spear and yellowtail for bait. In addition, the monumental figure of Sakurajima island seen from the boat was breathtaking. I think this was something I will always remember. And, I was lucky to see dolphins!!
- I was impressed that I had a great time with my friends covered head-to-toe in mud. In the Gata (tidal flat) Ski Race, we competed in teams with each team working as one. This was a field trip where we were allowed to have a worthwhile time, which we would not have been able to do otherwise.
